I disagree this sentence. In my opinion, all that examination results is not better.
It is important sure, but if ordinarily good score person has a poor attitude in class, I feel bad.
I think that examination results and personal relationship are importance of balance.
In Japan if people get the good score to examination but they are not good personality, they can't get good grading.

In Japan if people get a good score IN AN examination but they DO NOT HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE TO STUDY, they can't get A good gradE.
